WM6.5 Missing services from Phone Settings

I hope someone can help with this !
WM6.5 , in the Settings ==> personal ==> phone ==> services , I only have call forwarding, call waiting and Message center. How can I add Celler ID and Call Barring ?
Is there something I must add to the registry ?
