If the original question was regarding call volume on the 6700, I highly recommend the EVRC "hack" posted about 1/2 down in this article:
http://www.zdziarski.com/papers/xv6700.html After doing this, I experienced for the first time I actually had to turn DOWN the volume in phone conversation! Now it's still not made for noisy situations, but made a considerable difference in my case. |

I have that option under my yellow logo sprint phone. Did you make sure you clicked on CDMA settings? I'm using AKU 3.3 btw-not too sure if that makes a difference. I don't really notice a difference w/ this hack though.
