shortcut for system settings WM6.1 Treo Pro

I recently installed a great .cab from this site to allow my phone to "Roam Only". Now I want to have my cake and eat it too.

I would like to create a shortcut that I can put on my home screen or as a start menu item that will allow me quick access to switch between "Roam Only" and "Automatic". Having to go to "Start/Settings/Phone/Services/Roaming" to change the option is a bit much to do each time. Is there a file that can be created that would send like a batch command and do all that for me?
