Custom tabs

With the stock ROM on TP2 I would like to know if anyone can help with this. I want to add Custom Tabs to the Slider. Example. Google maps, Twitter, CleanRam, MarketPlace, and so on. I have looked on a few forums and could'nt find anything about this. Need help. Thanks Guys.
