when i try to uninstall the batteryandperformance, internet speed etc cabs it says they werent totally removed do i want to remove them from the programs list, any suggestions?

I know about the custom taskbar,but i was just wondering if somebody could make it a little easier like the personalizer,a cab program that you install and can insert whatever text you want.
