Is there a way to have a cab file that will set up an email account automatically? (i.e. sets up the mail servers, address, passwords, etc?)

Yes there is. When I signed up for my mail2web Exchange account they sent me a cab that set up all my settings.

I don't actually know how to do it but I know it can be done.
