I did install the cab but I checked on registry edit the name was wrong. I searched on xda site and the above was the correct settings.

ok, i fixed the first one and made the 2nd and 3rd one in the cab below. i did it fro all three sizes.

sorry if you felt I was taking us offtopic, I was just looking for any leads on these so we could cab it up. You all seem to know a bit about the registry.
So... no ideas about whether or not pocket ie scrolling behavior is able to be changed by a reg edit?

Anyone else find their mogul unable to do mp4 videos in the larger capture sizes? The frame rate is playing back at like 1 or 2 fps and says its at 15fps?!? The video is not as good but it would be smaller and easier to send to people.

I'm trying different combinations of the keys in HTC\Camera\P2\mp4large and so far bitrates, framerates or cachesize has had very little effect. Any Ideas? Do we have a device limitation?

I can't be sure, Logik, because I only have access to my Mogul. I just didn't want to leave you hanging.
But, I can tell you this: I would suggest opening the cab in a text viewer and compare it to your registry entries. (I use resco Explorer w/ the registry addin but others are listed in earlier posts).
Also I know the cab works on the vogue/touch camera because I built that camera into the custom ROM for my Mogul, It is SOOOO much better.
Summary: You should be just fine. Back up the HTC/Camera registry folder using the export entry function of your prefered editor, and install the cab. You'll have all your bases covered. After all it is uninstallable : )
