Turn off bluetooth hang up command

Is there a way to prevent the bluetooth from hangin up phone calls?
Anyone with a Jawbone Prime will understand my dilemma. They have it to where the main button on the side of the bluetooth hangs up the call, even if you hit it for a split second. So basically if you adjust it for a more snug fit, you have to be VERY careful not to hang up on someone. Jawbone is pretty stiff about not getting this fixed, and I don't want to get another one because the quality is actually pretty good.

So how about it, any way to prevent the bluetooth headset from hanging up calls?

I looked around for the same issue and found none, so I adapted myself to the gadget. I know it should be other way around..
