Disable Incessant Voicemail Notifications?

I keep getting the taskbar notifications for voicemail even after I hit the Dismiss All button. Maybe I have OCD, but its been bothering me for years and lately its been driving me ****ing nuts. I only check my voicemail once a week, I don't need a reminder every 60 seconds...
