Where is it ok to post?

I just created another PPC forum site. My goal is to eventually have it host the ROMS and Kitchens as well. I would like to post the site but want to make sure I am not doing a shameless plug. This spot looks general enough to do it, so here goes: cookedpda.com/forums

My goal is also to promote this site and other great forum sites like xda developers there as well. I would like to get some mods and suggestions there if I could. If this post is out of place, please delete and let me know. I apologize in advance if it is.
