GPRS Settings on My Orbit

Hello all.. im new to the site & also to the WM phones..

im in Sri Lanka i got the phone from UK from my brother
he said that it is unlocked and it was i think as when i put my local sim it works..

i want to set the GPRS settings on it acording to my local SP i did the connection settings.. but it says " The Remote party has ended the connection "

what can i do?..
does O2 Connection Manager has any thing to do with this?..
coz on that list i dont find my ISP
