RTSP Protocol Application

Is there a WM5 app that supports RTSP Protocol? Windows Media Player 10 and up is supposed to, but can't get WMP10 for PPC to work.

I have a webcam that streams with RTSP and need it compatable with something on WM5 Treo 750.
