If I were you, I would build a web-based UI for DB. This will allow you to use the same UI for both your Desktop and your phone. You won't have to deal with all of the syncing crap, that will be a major headache and adds complexity that is not really needed for such a simple task.

Another way is just to use Excel on your phone to input the info and import the excel Document on your PC, when you want to sync up.
