Remote Desktop Shortcuts

I have installed remote desktop on my XV6800 and it works fantastic.
The only problem I have is that it doesn't "save" information.
I have to be able to get to about 5 different servers as quickly as posible.
Unfortunately, each one has a very different IP/User/Pass combinaton.
I wuld like to be able to create a shortcut on my home screen that I can tap and go...
is this possible?
