Red face EVO 3D ROM's to Flash

Hey, Just Rooted my EVO 3D and was looking for a simple Rom to flash. I used "Viper" and actually like it. Removed all the bloatware and ads. Added Free Hotspot and is "supposed" to make the battery last longer?! My batter will die in 3 hours befor and after the Viper install. What is up with that??? Is there something I am not doing right? I can't charge my phone every 3 hours!!! Help?!
Thanks in advance!

Some overclocked roms tend to kill the battery a bit quicker depends on the kernel and who made it.. I prefer stock... Don't like a kernel that has been set to run duo core all the time lol..

Always turn GPS off if not using and turn display down a bit... Works well... They also have a app on the market for wifi thing...

EDIT : I know this was a old post but just couldn't let it go unanswered
