Error Upon Using Preware

Hey guys I'm new to this Palm scene...well my wife is and I am trying to 'hook' her phone up and show her how to get whatever she wants on there using preware. This is what I am getting:

java.io.FileNotFoundExpection: C:\Program Files (x86)\Palm\ Install\org.webosinterals.preware_1.0.0_arm.ipk (The system cannot find the path specified)

I also attached a pdf with a screen shot of the error. On the second image I created a 'Install' folder in the directory and was told I did not have permission although I am the admin on my pc.

Any smart, nice people with solutions?
