Error Upon Using Preware

Hey guys I'm new to this Palm scene...well my wife is and I am trying to 'hook' her phone up and show her how to get whatever she wants on there using preware. This is what I am getting:

java.io.FileNotFoundExpection: C:\Program Files (x86)\Palm\ Install\org.webosinterals.preware_1.0.0_arm.ipk (The system cannot find the path specified)

I also attached a pdf with a screen shot of the error. On the second image I created a 'Install' folder in the directory and was told I did not have permission although I am the admin on my pc.

Any smart, nice people with solutions?

Importantly, any patches and running before the theme is removed webOS upgrade. You can then reapply the patch after the upgrade. Another webOS1.3.5 Preval can cause and re-install the fix.
