You need to download the actual WeatherPanel application. Then download the themes. You then select the theme you want in WeatherPanel settings.

The WP application is in the Software Forum.

I'm loving these themes, but If i just unzip them into \Program Files\MarsWare\WeatherPanel\Themes\Blue Mod I don't show layout files, where should all these directorys be moved to? Thanks !!

I must be an idiot... I have used and skinned WP for almost a year now. For some reason I cannot figure out what to do with the two Bliss files I got from that download? do I just put them as usual, still zipped, under MarsWare>WeatherPanel>Themes?

the Folder "large" is empty, have a feeling this is the issue.
