Strange, for some reason that wallpaper cab doesn't work right. HDWalls recognizes it as a wallpaper cab, but when I try to load it it doesn't do anything...

Did you go to wallpaper and set default?

Yea. I tried that first. I am going to remove HD Wallpaper through remove programs and soft resetting to see if the cab you gave me works. Its strange, the first one you tried to make me loaded fine, the only problem was in land scape the wallpaper got all skewed kind of like how it does when you just use a regular wallpaper and not HDWalls.

FYI I am on MightyROM 12/6 (wm6.5+Manila2.1) if that makes any difference.

EDIT: Nope it didnt work, nothing loaded it didnt change the default wallpaper.

Last try for tonight Japper. Mightys' last couple of roms have had a strange impact on the wallpaper situation. Let me know if this does any different or better.

EDIT: same result as before, let me uninstall my taskbar, maybe that's causing the funkiness.
