I could be wrong, but these should still work fine on your Hero.
They are a higher resolution then your screen, but that should only make them look a little better, if anything. As I believe it will still show the correct proportions of the images. Try any 480x800 image and set it as your wallpaper. If it works, then all of these will as well!
Let me know. If not, I'll see what I can put together for you, as I do have some older collections as well, with smaller resolutions.
