Very easily, it's actually Wisbar Advance 3, with a theme by Volt. You can get it over at Lakeridge Software.

thanks youngDC... I like that clock in the remix...
that one in green is what I need...hunting green themes...dont know why...believe cause I found/got this nice green slider...
