Picked up my TP2 yesterday and minus the call hx, dialer and pimp sounds I've successfully installed all of your apps. Will work on the rest today.

i didnt turn it off, but i was not properly killing the comm manager. Then i did and it "successfully installed" but none of my screens of changed. it still looks like the stock rom. I do have the taskbar installed if that makes a difference. i liked the task bar so i wanted the whole theme.

I cannot get the taskbar to install correctly on my Sprint TP2, the signal icon is some weird one that I've never seen before. Anyone know what I can do to remedy this?

did you ever have any other taskbars installed or the 1% battery meter installed? make sure to uninstall all previous taskbars

No in fact I'm fresh of a hard reset, only thing installed was the sprint clean up package. The battery did go to 1% increments which surprised me as i've never installed any drivers for it.

It looks like the Home.Tab.Layout cab is causing that. I removed it and all back to normal.

I think cleanup has the driver built in.

How do I get rid of the sprint bar right below task bar? The one that says people, mail, messages...etc.
I also have the gray bar where the slider is also...its transparent but still there..How do I get rid of that?

I've installed all of your cabs I wanted, and I was also having the Verizon sound icon issue on my taskbar. For those Verizon users who are not seeing the volume icons with this taskbar, goto to This Post and download the HTCVolumeControl.zip file. Don't forget to hit "Thanks!"

Here is a screenshot of my TP2. I decided to modify my Verizon Logo to be blue like the rest of the theme. The Logo is technically more accurate than the stock one. (The stock logo doesn't fade the ends of the "V" and the end of the "z"). This uses true alpha channel blending on the logo!

I am also providing a link to the replacement manila file for the Verizon Logo. Just unzip it and place the manilla file in your \Windows folder on your device!
