Can you try to force it to save as png. what I mean is when typing the file name, add .png to it then. If the drop down menu doesn't have png in it, select all files. On another note, I also have another image editor that I rarely use, but for it to save as png I have to actually 'Export' to create the png. Does PS have an 'Export As' option?

i am having trouble with creating icons for some reason? i downloaded tsowens taskbar icon pack to edit my taskbar. only prob is they are all png files. which is good so i can edit but i have tried using a few different icon programs and cannot produce a clean icon to update in restorator. when i get the png to ico file and replace in restorator its either the wrong size or does not look clear. i even verify the size and clor in the icon programs. any help getting a png to ico to update in restorator(or any editor) for my taskbar?

I'm thinking...I used to have an Icon Editor that worked great. Trying to think of the name of it right now. I believe, and I'm fixing to search right now, that it was call Icon Creator. I'll be back shortly.

No and No, PS does not have a "all files" format. even when i manually typed in ".png" it still saved as the format from drop box.
and the export only gives paths to illustrator and video

ALSO, i tried the IcoFX. Very nice. imports the png and works great. BUT im still only at 16 bit in photoshop. any ideas...

in 24bit mode in photoshop no of the save as options are compatible with IcoFX. only thing i see close is .tiff

i also tried to install a couple of ico file type packs to photoshop without success. seems the 64 bit photoshop is a little picky.

Re: How to Edit your TF3D images in Photoshop using a Manila Editor

I my have to try and download the trial version again. I doubt it will let me because I've had it and it has already expired. I can be of alot more help with this if I can see exactly what you see therefore I can mess with it to see what is involved.

i guess the pixel on the left and bottom make a difference. especially when its black on the bottom pixel as well
