Had and have plans Yes. Unfortunately, computer is away for repairs so it unfortunately has to be put on hold for awhile.

is there a way to make the top and bottom bar (start, soft key menu..) transparent too (instead of the curtains only)?

No, atleast not at this time. It is handled by a .tsk.

I installed V1 on my stock Sprint TP2 and I still have the grey taskbar and bottom bar where the phone and camera soft buttons are... Any Ideas?

Yes, that is not controled by manila. It is controled by the .tsk file.

Place this on your sd card and change the theme under Settings/Today to the one that will say HTC Black.
