Bah, I tried installing the fix, but no luck.

The data connection switches back to two white arrows and the taskbar still refuses to show any bars.

Oh well, any help would be much appreciated, I really like the taskbar. I'm running a 6.5 ROM with Sense 2.5 on Sprint.

That taskbar that you asked for from Mighty Mike is for 6.1 not 6.5. You need to install a taskbar for 6.5.
