I was asked to post the cab for my taskbar and finally got around to getting it on here so enjoy!!!

*AGAIN THIS IS TSOWENS TASKBAR I ONLY MODIFIED THE ICONS IN THE DLL'S A BIT TO LOOK A LITTLE BETTER*

Thanks so much for sharing!! On mine though, only the "EV/1X" background is blue while the others are dark gray. Also my signal strength icon didnt change at all. Its VZW if that matters, didnt think it did for taskbars though.

you will need to change the signal strength bars for verizon...as far as the battery and speaker icon...they should look identical to mine seen above. can you post a screen shot please

Thanks for posting this. I have a Verizon TP2, and I noticed my signal bar icon has not changed like yours. What do I need to do? I have SDKCerts installed. Also, a side note, I think the sound icon should be switched to the silent icon (silent is blue background, sound on is gray).

Juggs, can you post an additional screenshot showing the actual battery indicators not just the charging icon? I'm looking for a TP2-compatible version of his one with blue button/white text for the battery percents.

Hey just want to say thanks for the task bar yay 4 juggs it goes well with my theme of my main screen plus the nuggets icon you made for me really looks good now!!! Thanks again keep the task bars and all the custom themes coming!!!!

you have to change your signal strength level to 7 in the registry
hcu/control panel/phoneextendedfunction/cdma
set signal strength to 7 if the dword does not exist create it "SignalStrengthLevel" value of 7

as far as the icon goes...try using this dll and see if it changes.

as of now the battery icon is multicolored as it drains...i have yet to finish recoloring it. i was hoping to finish before i left for vegas tomorrow so stay tuned!!!

I think the on and off volume icons are reversed....

off is blue and on is gray

Dunno what it's been in the past, but COLOR should always indicate something is ON. Gray/Black should always indicate OFF. When was the last time you people saw a GRAY LED, lol. But since we're talking about volume, Blue should be on, Blue with waves should be vibrate, Gray with Red no icon should be off. ;)

I never changed the manner in which they were displayed i only touched them up for wvga devices.

Just my 2 cents, but on my vzw TP2, my volume icons are blue for mute, gray squigglies for vibrate, and gray speaker for on. I tried that HTCVolume.dll that someone posted, but it only replaced the nice HTCVolume control with the old default windows one. the icons were still screwy.

Just something to look into and know it wasn't just the one person. I personally don't mind that much, but it would be nice to have it fix.

Just wish to say thanks and to report how it works on the Telus TP2.
First you need to do the 7bar reg edit or run the cab posted here by mighty mike
It works perfectly after that, no issues with the volume icons however the volume interface changes back to the Diamond style with separate ringer/system volume sliders...

I would love this taskbar in the neon green color that's in the HTC logo. What's involved in recoloring these? Any special programs that have to be used to open and modify the files?

I am currently working on a fully transparent taskbar based off of this...lot of recoloring to do...may take a while.

Juggs, are you able to pull or at least tell me how to pull the DLL and MUI files needed to do one of these from an actual Sprint/Verizon TP2? I've tried copying the files with Total Commander, but it just errors out with an Access Denied because they're actual ROM files.

i pulled them from tsowes cab...the orginals i pulled from my rom dump because i too was getting an access denied popup...if you want the originals i can provide those. my modified ones i cannot.
