Quick question! Do these style icons also carry over to the other tabbed interfaces, like contacts and music?

Re: C07 Customized Manila (VZW)

Chuckz07.

I have am having a simular problem as gambit07 above. I have a VZW TP2 and have installed your clocks. After a hard reset and installing only the clock, it does the same thing...Adds a white block in the upper left portion on every screen except the home screen. Have tried multiple things but as soon as I install the clock it comes back.

Could you take a look and let me know if there is something else needed. Is this a normal problem with the VZW TP2 clock?

Thanks in advance, great stuff your doing. only have problems with the clock.

I haven't had that issue at all. But I will look into it at a later time, my computer has been sent off for repairs and of course it has all my files on it.

Re: C07 Customized Manila (VZW)

chuckz07. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

I've spent the entire day searching and reading these forums to try to make some customizations. You solved several of the problems that I encountered and I really appreciate how awesome and helpful you have been to everyone throughout this thread.

Do you have an opinion on the best way to 1. edit the carrier name in the top left corner or 2. delete the carrier name from the top left corner? Just trusting your opinion since everything you've provided has worked flawlessly for me.

Also, do you mind giving us some insight into some of the other customizations that you are working on or planning to work on? I look forward to seeing what else you have in store.

Other questions:

I used the transparent only slider. Can I separately modify the icons?

Besides removing the top and bottom curtains is it possible to remove make the start bar and bar below the slider transparent?

Are you planning and modifications/customizations to the icons in the start bar?

What are your favorite add-in programs?

Again, thank you for all of these great customizations. I'm loving the transparent slider.

As far as the carrier name, I haven't messed with it but other members on here have and there are posts about it somewhere.

As far as insights, follow the Black Chrome link in my sig. I'll be doing something very similar for 2.5.

Add in programs I keep very limited. PHM Regedit, PocketRAR, etc. I don't like to bog my phone down with alot of nonsense.

Thanks for the cuddos!

Forgot a few...

Start bar and such cannot be transparent.

Icons in Slider can be modified.

you can remove carrier text here. would recommend using HOW TO in second post instead of cab. it edits a Manila mode9 file and can be tricky if you use the cab.

if you use mode9 editor to do yourself, you will have no trouble

{CAB & HOW TO} Remove Top Curtain & Carrier Network Text By Editing Mode9

Also i know you were asking C07, but i was just throwing in my 2 cents, bc he referred to other people having done this, and i am one of them

Re: C07 Customized Manila (VZW)

I am new to the ppc world so bear with me. I installed both wallpapers, the white clock and the transparent slider & icon. The wallpaper does not show up on my Home screen but on every other screen (Settings, MAil, Music, etc.) Any idea what I did wrong? Also, where do I find different icons like the ones you have shown?
