Resco won't let me copy file to windows folder, says can't replace file that already exists, any help would be great.

What file are tyou trying to move? Total commander works great, but some files need to be removed with "rom extractor" before you can do anything with the file.

I don't understand and I can't find total commander, sorry newb at this apparently.
443d5315_manilla is the file i got to replace is how I understood it.

Total commander is a free app that is like Resco. I do not have the cab, but if you search for it it is easy to find. Also, what file are you trying to move? What are you trying to do?

Edit: I found the cab for Total commander. Here it is.

I need to know what you are trying to do. Is the file above something that you already have and want to drop in the windows file, or are you trying to take the file out of windows to edit it? It is the Sprint logo you are trying to change, am I right?
