I tried reading all the posts and didn't read it, but does it have to be a solid color? Or rather, will it create a box-shape with any image? I'm bad at phrasing this... can I use alpha channels and make it transparent so only part of it shows through and lets the background wallpaper show through? Thanks!

I placed the blank.rar file in the windows directory and performed a soft-reset.. didn't work. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

The manila file in blank.rar is what is supposed to be put in the windows directory. The .rar file is holding the manila file =]
