You can't just download it and reset it. You need to take the file inside of the zip (what you downloaded) and copy it to the WINDOWS FOLDER

Yes it is because you are using a background for all pages which messes up the screen layout. YOu need to use hdwall. you can find that over at XDA forums...

Got it figured out now. GEAUX SAINTS!!! That lovely beast of a woman is London Charles aka "Deelishis". Much thanks everyone. EDIT: I just noticed the image distortion on it... I read somewhere there really isnt you can do about that... is that true?
