FYI- here's how I ended up with a nice black theme
1. copied over the HTC black.tsk and selected it (in this thread)
2. installed cmylxgo's sprint TP2 flip clock enabler
3. installed cmylxgo's tmobile TP2 rhodium transparent flip clock
4. installed the TD2 No top Curtain from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...55&postcount=2
5. installed Transparant Bottom Bar from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...02&postcount=1
6. installed cmylxgo's custom manila 2.5 slider icons and transparent slider
7. used a plain black background made by xnifex here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=283

Does the functionality still work with this clock. All of these white flip clocks that I've tried don't work to access the world clock/alarm clock settings on my TP2. They all have brought me to the WM6 clock settings.

yes it works- just make sure to install the sprint flip clock enabler first: see step #2 above

Do your edits also make the black background on all tabs? or just the main home screen?

yes- step 7 installs a background made by using hdwalls which will make every tabs background black- it avoids the use of the "background for all pages" tweak which has some problems and can be buggy (for example shifts sprint logo on top over)
