Yep...rip the cab apart and only install the files that are not part of the slider.

Extract all files from the .cab then extract the image from the .dll and then modify your stock .dll and insert the image. Don't forget to resign your .dll after you are done editing.

I quite like it. I'm not a fan of the orange in the Sprint theme, but almost all other themes seem too juvenile and busy for me.

I'm still looking for a stock HTC theme, but for now this is what I'm using.
