Extract all files from the .cab then extract the image from the .dll and then modify your stock .dll and insert the image. Don't forget to resign your .dll after you are done editing.

CMYLXGO, do you have a cab for just the theme enhancement not the taskbar? Been using 6.5 so long I havent seen the 6.1 taskbar in a while..im kind of feeling it oddly enough...
