Is that cab just for the softbar, or does it affect anything else?

Also, question for everyone else about the taskbar/softbar skinning. I'm noticing the only good way to obtain a transparent taskbar/softbar is to use CHT with HDWall. However, each time I use it, the taskbar/softbar skin carries over to landscape. I don't see a way around that, so are all of you that have transparent bars just dealing with a messed up landscape view? I just can't.
