This took me a few days to get it just right, but I love it!!!!
This is WM 6.5 with Sense UI 2.1

The bottom apps slider is there, just invisible. It shows up when you touch it as shown in screen shots.

InvisibleTrayIcons.CAB
Select Black Toolbar Theme
Use Registery editor: hklm\software\microsoft\color\basehue -> to 160/SR
Personalizer 3.1 (to remove Sprint text)
