Is this cab or overlock only when you have sleep of death issue? I dont know what overclock is. My phone doesnt have a SOD issues, so is there a reason for me to use this cab?

Overclocking makes your processor perform higher than stock (makes your phone go faster).

the stock frequency is 528Mhz, I have successfully got it to reach 748Mhz with Netripper's app using Nayr's cabs(or script). Other's have it reach higher than that, and others lower.

HAHA I am at 768mhz now! And I got bored so I edited nayr's gui script so that the menu says "4.21" instead of "4.1". Maybe I'll add a nice Icon too, anyone have any nice icons that might work for this?
