{BiGnAdAd HowTo} Windows Mobile 6.5 & 6.5.x Taskbar Resource Center - Just A Start
I am beginning to make a taskbar for my ROM and figured i would post some things here so people can use them as a reference to make their own taskbar.

I will post more as i go, this is just a start for now...

unsigner - Unsigns files before editing
msigner - Signs files after editing
ResHack - Resource hacker that lets you view icons within dll
ROM Extractor - Extract dll's that total commander cannot get
IcoFX - Icon editor that has many functions
View & Extract all dll icons (Just drag dll over program shorcut)
Batch conversion of ICO>PNG and PNG>ICO
