thanks for the help mlin. i got it halfway figured out.
oddly, the manila file editing turned out easier than i thought, and that part i got right, only to learn that my knowledge of gimp and photoshop suck even worse.
thanks for the assist santod.
posting the globe i wish to use, if you can just doctor the image up and set the background transparency...
you can cab if you want, if not, i will edit it into the manila file myself.

Here you go bud, on my way out shortly, so I have only edited the image for you, for it to have a transparent background.
Just convert this to the manila file and you should be set.

i need to get the hang of gimp, the transparent background was the only part i couldnt figure out.
i did get it resized and edited into the respective manila files, and then cabbed it up just to learn how to do that too.

You sound like me three weeks ago. There was one or two things I didn't like about some sliders so I made my own. It's really not that hard, I am just getting the hang of gimp too. There are some good tutorials out there on the internet. Whatever you do be sure to share it, I decided to put up those Antique and Wood sliders i made and got some good feedback.
