Two Windows 7 Seven Themes
There are two windows 7 themes that I know of and have tried. One is by LeSScro and requires a small donation. It used Wisbar advanced desktop. The other is by a guy on xda arley12 and it uses throttlelauncher (needs to be the newest version to work) and that is free for three months I believe. They both have pros and cons but I wanted everyone to know they are working and I have not had any major issues.

MSskip has an update to his SPB Mobile Shell and it has some nice features such as ability to make your own Picture page and works very well in SPB if you are familiar with that. . LeSScro upgraded his a few days ago and the throttlelauncher windows 7 theme has animated panels allowing the user to have his own pictures in the panel. Pretty cool themes and they work smoothly for me. You should be able to load them all over your existing rom, custom or stock.
