http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=54514 part way down the first post you'll see For Signal Icon Download HCTLeener's CDMA_RSSI_PPC.dll from the attachment below updated 11/24/08 try that and see if it helps. i think is had to do with a lot of the taskbars being meant for GSM
