I would say at least 2 weeks before any progress will be made in that direction.
The old locker .exe is being torn apart so that the features we want can be adjusted or added.
But I wouldn't expext to have that built in before 1.8 at the earliest.

I was wondering that too about the password.I don't usually use a password but wanted to start but it's no big deal. But I am so used to holding down my end key to lock the phone I do that all the time out of habit. Is there a way to make the end key use the cookie's lock phone feature? I don't know anything about this stuff but was just wondering. I hit the lock button at the top and it's simple but sometimes still out of habit I forget and hold down that end key. Guess I could change it to do something else andf get out of that habit. LOL!

Manila style locker in softkey button.

Create reg keys like this in notepad:
Code:
REGEDIT4

HKCU/Software/HTC/Manila/
"Home.Lock.isLock"=dword:1
save as ex; Lock.reg (remember to put *.reg extension not TXT ) copied to windows
Then locate and change value on your phone to somethin like this
Code:
HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila/
"HomeLSKPath"="\Windows\Lock.reg"
"HomeLSKText"="Lock" (*named it as you want)

Thanks but that's too complicated for me.. I have a hard enough time with the easy stuff.. LOL!

Look for that option possibly built into a later release. Maybe.

I know and thanks. I don't mess with any registry settings or anything like that. But it's ok.. I love the new lock screen so that's all that matters. I don't mind hitting the lock cause I like your lock screen better then the built in one. I love seeing the missed call email text bar at the top and the weather. Thanks!
