Cookie Home Tab Mod (April 18th version 1.7.1.0)

Cookie's Mod has totally cured any phone wander lust for me now.

One thing I would like is to be able to change though is to have my Home Screen come up when I unlock the phone rather than the last screen I was working in. Is there a setting or cab for this?

No, there is no way to change that as of this time.
If you read the large print regarding the lockscreen in post#4 on the first page of this thread, you'll see that the lockscreen is one of the things that will be getting a lot of improvements made and features added to it very soon.

Sorry, no way to change that, as of now.
In fact in Beta testing, there were many that preferred it to take you to the last screen you were on, as a convenience.
So, it is definitely one of those things that could be selectable, as different users will have different preferences.
So, I will keep this in mind, when discussing the features in coming releases.

Does HDWallS stand alone not work with Cookie?
Is that why Voleus appears to be mentioned more recently a lot?

my notifications bar says i have a text but i dont. is there a way to clear that?

Read the last couple pages of this thread, it should help you with that.

Particularly this:
Try these changes in the registry: All you need to do is change the Dword to 0 (zero)
[HKCU/System/State/Messages/SMS/Unread] --> "Count = dword: 0"
[HKCU/System/State/Messages/MMS/Unread] --> "Count = dword: 0"

Hey Santod. This fix works.. but only temporarily.
I still get ghost texts popping up in the notification bar.
I have to go to RegEdit every time and apply these changes.
Any way to get them to stick?

I downloaded the latest version of cookies home tab but the notification bar does not show on my homescreen. Any idea way? I watched the video but did not catch any instructions to make it appear or dissapear. It just seems to be there as part of the homescreen
