cab creation help

I downloaded a bunch of manila files from xda. These files are for slider icons that I want for my stock config. I have the rest of my theme put together, and I actually have these icons but I believe it is a 2.5 version because they show up small on my phone. What program do I use to create a cab of the files so I can uninstall later if I want? Here is where I got the files:

I'll post the files if anyone cares. I realize that they can be used in a larger customization program, but I have it how I want other than the slider icons. Thanks for your help.
