{BiGnAdAd Taskbar} WinMo 6.5/6.5.X Transparent Taskbar * Thinking of Making COLORS!

I'm on AT&T with the stock winmo 6.5 rom (I have the tilt 2 world phone version), and am having what sounds like the same problem as gunner252. whenever I try to get to the start menu, phone locks for a few seconds, and then nothing happens. I can still run programs from file explorer, and everything else seems to work except the start menu. as such I can't get into settings to remove installation or anything. is there a way to revert to the default notification icons without having to flash the whole phone? or a way to get into settings without using the start menu?

Ditto. I'm running WinMo 6.5 VzW OEM Update. Uninstalled imnuts Custom Taskbar for 6.5.3 and installed this one and I'm not seeing any of the graphics. I can't even get into the settings via HTC Settings tab to uninstall it.

I'm hoping not to have to do a hard reset. Any suggestions?

i think i fixed the error, but i need feedback......
had duplicate shellres.192 and shellres.192.mui

Just d/l'd the beta and will let you know.

FYI, I was able to uninstall 1.4 via Activesync in case anyone else experiences this issue and doesn't want to hard reset.

just to be clear i have installed and uninstalled using energyROM with no problem. i produce my cabs in WinCE, and have it setup to be able to uninstall as well

No insult intended....however, stock rom ppl like me trying this great looking taskbar do not get the opportunity to uninstall it because the windows start menu doesn't respond after installation. So we can't even get into the settings->remove programs section to uninstall it.

Anyway, I just tried 1.5beta and the same issue. Can't see the graphics (icons) and start menu button doesn't respond.

I really hope you can figure this out coz I really would like to use this on my phone.

Sorry Big....I tried to copy the files you requested but the phone wouldn't let me....is there a special way to do that?

Here you go Big. Sorry it took me so long. These are the files from the VzW OEM 6.5 update. The only files I couldn't find on my device were MessagingRes.dll and shellres.192.dll.0409.mui
