Can I customize the strat button?

Is there a change/customize just the start button. I like many of the taskbars, but would like to change just the start button on them. I have become familiar with editing manila files using cfc gui. Is it just as simple as changing a manila file, like changing the carrier logo. If so, which file is it? If not, what is the process?

start button is controlled by .dll file

you have to get from windows directory, unsign, edit, resign and replace....

its not too bad......but would take a little explaining.
