I tried to use one of these on my TP2 with the stock VZW update. It took forever the reboot, but when all was said and done, there was no change in my main screen. Which version should i use, or did i do something wrong.

I was trying Clock Array_16Links_B4all_PL_v.2.cab

Wrong version of HTC Sense for these mods.
The 6.5 Verizon stock rom, is still HTC Sense 2.1, not 2.5.
Therefor, these cabs will not give you extra quick links, as you don't have any on that rom.

You would need to upgrade your rom, to one with HTC Sense 2.5, or you could try the HTC Sense 2.5 cab that is floating around, and then try to install these cabs.

To remove all calendar changes,
delete 537945c0_manila, 6f3f0c16_manila, and 071b4c9a_manila.

I just loaded the latest 23541 Energy Rom w/ the 10 links on home page and stealth slider. I also installed the No Curtains for 2.5 .cab and it worked except that a white block shows up over the selected tab. Is there a fix for this???

The problem is that NRGz often cooks a BG4all into his standard roms.
For a while, he was using this BG4all with 16 quick links.
On this last rom, he has cooked in my BG4all that is compatible with the Co0kie Home Mod instead. So, installing this mod with a different BG4all on top of the cooked in one, creates this bug you mentioned.

Fortunately, my newer BG4all that he has cooked in, should be much easier to overwrite, then my last one he cooked in.
So, with a little time, I can create a cab for you to install, to remove the cooked in BG4all, allowing this one to work properly.

Here you go.
Uninstall the previous mod, soft reset.
Then install this cab and soft reset.
Then install one of the 16 or 20 links BG4all cabs.
Should do the trick!
Let me know if you have any issues.

I wiped device.

Ran Santod Mods Remove NRGz 2-26 BG4all.cab, rebooted.

Installed R2_Landscape 20 Links 10 on home.cab, rebooted.

Installed Carbon Stealth Slider.cab, rebooted.

Ran Manila 2.5 NoCurtains's.cab, rebooted.

and......... still have white block over selected tab.

I have successfully completed all steps you mentioned and have no white box. So the fix works. Are you sure you are running 2-26 rom? You should not have that issue now.

Ok, just realized what you mean. The slider tab. Will post one in a few. Hang tight..

Here you go. Thought you were referring to a white box that shows on all tabs when two incompatible mode9 mods are installed. Didn't realize you meant the slider tab itself.
Just install this on top of the other mods and soft reset.
No other steps needed.
