What are you saying made them gone?
I know you realize, the fact you are on Imagio 2.1 with a 2.5 cab, that unpredictable things happen, right?

im trying to get back the stock clock backround and clock flip tabs along with the call history icon and calendar icon
im not sure what i install to make them disapear
i checked my instalations i cant see anything that would have taken them off

Many clock files, contain the Tab singles and notifications images.
So, it was likely the clock files.
I will post up the stock clock with tabs and the icons in a little while, if that helps.

3x3 is the stock layout.
Not sure what exactly you are after.
I have already posted stand alone clock array,
that should work with your 3x3 default layout.
