Droid Eris Screen Theme? Can it be done?

What would I need to do to make my screen look like the Droid Eris. I don't need droid but I want the side scroll with the Phone Shortcut on the bottom and the sense ui with the Icon's. I was thinking this can be done with SPB Mobile Shell or maybe even Manila Max can be altered to do this? Anyideas?

Can it be done and keep animated weather? I was thinking manila max does this?

Honestly, Manila 2.5 is very close to the Hero/Eris. The only thing it doesn't do is the side scroll, which you would have to use mobile shell for.
If you could find some way to move the home tab to the middle of Manila, I suppose it would be more like the Hero/Eris. But I don't know if anyone has even attempted to make this happen.
