naw i tried installing the blue one, and then swype when it popped up had these crazy multicolored zigzags running across the screen where the keyboard should have been. cool looking in a freakish non-useful sort of way

Hang on you installed the blue skin and THEN swype? If that is the order you used it is backwards. Swype then Blue Skin. I know the skin is large but it is not a standalone. Try that out and see if that works.

oh yeah i had installed swype then the skin, sorry for the confusion. idk if i get some time i might try fiddling with it again, can't remember if the first time i installed swype if i installed it on storage card instead of device memory. Either way swype was still working, u think this might have screwed with it, maybe the skin tried writing to a folder that wasn't there if i had installed swype to storage card?

I am no expert, but it might. I normally install both on to the device. I have installed one directly after another and then reset the device and it was all good. Have you tried the cab I uploaded, sorry if you answered that already.

I have the green orb made, fairly easy. I can change to blue at the drop of a hat. I have taken out the manila files from the XpressDusk 6.5x beta rom. I cannot find a few of the tab icons.

The home tab icon appears in color when I extracted, but some of the other icons are already skinned dusk, is that normal?

I am lazy, if anyone already has the dusk slider tab icons in png or whatever I would greatly appreciate them. I want to add them to the orb and make them pop a little in my own way.
