I have this same problem. I am using MightyROM, and these font cabs do not change my top and bottom taskbar fonts.
Update: Actually, none of the fonts within "windows" change. I.E. start menu, icon labels, email, settings screens, etc.. The cabs are only changing the fonts of TouchFlo related fonts it seems. ? Please help  Quote:

Hello, all! Thanks, Big for these fonts. Don't know why it took me 100 different searches to finally find this. Anyway, I'm using Hands and it is great. I noticed that some fonts don't change "everything". Hands does.

Can you make a Font4all using the official SEGOE UI Windows Font? Think that would look awesome. I already got it everywhere but not within Sense 2.5. Please help me!! THX in advance!

any chance you could do the gothic flames for all fonts? I have the hand fonts for all my windows fonts and when i load the flames cab it only comes up on the tabs. ill have to check what version manila 2.1 i have. it wont let me uninstall the hand fonts for default fonts either. its a tmo stock rom. also some of the hand fonts are too large to fit and they get cut off... good job with the fonts though
